FINANCE
Item 1: Currencies we accept
To ensure ease in payment, our newsletter permits a number of different currencies at a set exchange rate to reduce any hassle. The table below displays this:
These exchange rates that we’ve produced are around the same amount as the precise exchange rate - if there is a major change in the market, we will do our best to update this table. The currency that you pay in is default - it’s based on what credit card you have. Sometimes, our payment company will reject your card due to currency-related issues, so the best options would be to pay in cash or continue with a free subscription.
Please note that the founding member column of the table is based on amounts for our recommended founding member donation - not forced. You can pay anything that’s above £20 (or that amount in a different currency), and that automatically makes you a founding member.
Item 2: Why wouldn’t you just opt for the free subscription over the paid one?
This question is very frequently asked - what’s so good about our premium subscription?
The premium subscription unlocks a number of benefits that will allow the full immersive reading experience. You’ll have access to subscriber-only content (including the full archives), access to our dining newsletter (Dining Divulgence accessible on the website), the ability to vote and comment on all articles, plus the ability to surpass paywalls (metaphorical ‘walls’ that block free subscribers from reading more).
Becoming a paid member would also majorly assist our business. We’re a small and growing business, producing articles for the enjoyment of our readers - by purchasing a subscription, we’ll invest that money to make sure our writers can continue creating content and continue to expand the business.
Item 3: Cash payments
Sometimes, in-person transactions can be more convenient. If we’re in the same region, it’s possible we’ll be able to organize a quick payment session at a location that is mutually agreed upon. Unfortunately, we do not have any card readers (card payments can only be made on the website), but we do accept cash - the amount you pay will be determined by our exchange rate table listed above. If you wish to pay in a currency that is not on there, we do have a list of conditions, listed below:
Please note: if the currency you wish to pay in is the Indian Rupee (INR) or any of the currencies on our table above, the conditions below do not apply to you.
The amount paid should be £20/£4.50 (depending on which plan you choose) in whatever currency you select. We also charge an additional fee, which is £1.50 in whatever currency you selected.
Coins that are worth less that 10p (in GBP) are not accepted
We do not accept two-part payments (some in cash, some with card)
Item 4: Our reserved rights regarding payments
NTS NEWS reserves the rights to change any of the terms and conditions regarding Finance at NTS NEWS. We may do this with no advance notice, but this page will be updated when and if they do change. The updated page will not be emailed to our subscribers.
Item 5: What credit cards are allowed - and if a credit card is allowed, why does the system sometimes reject it?
Our payment company, Stripe, allows almost all credit cards. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and many other debit and credit cards. If you find a card is rejected, it’s most likely something went wrong during the payment process or the card uses a currency we don’t support. In India, cards are commonly rejected, so we suggest organizing a cash payment session (see Item 3 of Finance).
Item 6: What about subscription renewals?
At NTS NEWS, we have various subscription renewal policies. For free subscriptions, they will, of course, continue without any other step in-between - to stop this from happening, you can cancel it at any time.
For paid subscriptions, the policy is also similar - every year/month (depending on which plan you selected), our payment company will charge your credit card the corresponding amount. Before your subscription is due to renew, make sure you want to continue your time as a premium member - if you don’t, just cancel it.
If a cancellation fails, contact NTS immediately. Unfortunately, due to taxes and other fees, we’re not able to give full refunds. If you feel something unfair has happened, please don’t hesitate to contact a member of staff by emailing ntsnews@substack.com.
Item 7: New BETA feature only on request
NTS NEWS has now introduced, without marketing of any form, a BETA feature (a feature that is still developing), which is allowing other forms of contactless payment. We accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, VISA and American Express, but this feature allows users to use the following:

Bancontact
SEPA Direct
Sofort
Discover
Since this feature is not widely used in public, you must specifically request a payment with one of these options by emailing a message with the title “NTS NEWS Alternate Payment Method,” and selecting your desired method of payment.
NTS NEWS reserves the right to, at our discretion, deny any subscriber one of these methods in any circumstance for security and privacy reasons. This feature is not available to previous violators or anybody that is or has been suspended, banned or blocked.
PAYWALLS
Please Note: this section is irrelevant to paid subscribers. Please move onto the next section or immerse yourself in some of our articles.
Item 1: What is a paywall?
A paywall is something we use to restrict the amount of articles certain subscribers .can read. Any content before a paywall in an article can be accessed by anyone, and is considered free content. If you were to send the link to an article with a paywall, the content before it would be accessible by anyone, whether they’re a paid subscriber, a free subscriber or not a subscriber at all.
The other side of the paywall is different - the content there is exclusive, premium and can only be accessed by paid subscribers. Usually, a paywall will be used right after a rhetorical question, a cliffhanger or a vague or mysterious statement to create intrigue and interest. Premium (paid) subscribers get the benefit of surpassing these paywalls - one very good reason on why someone might pay.
Item 2: What does a paywall look like?
Our articles are read in two different styles: on our website and through email. Below, we’ve uploaded two different images of different paywalls: on the website and through email.
The Website
The website paywall is bright blue and offers a 7-day free trial, to allow you to get truly immersed in our writing, and help you make sure that this is the right newsletter for you.
Once the 7-day free trial has elapsed, our paywall will not offer this legendary deal and will simply say that the rest of this post is restricted exclusively for premium members.
2. The Email
The image above displays what you’d see when you have an email with a paywall. Free subscribers will generally see something like this in almost every article sent to their inboxes - it includes the same 7-day free trial offer (which, when the trial time elapses, will also withdraw the deal), plus benefits that you get by upgrading your subscription.
SUBSCRIBING TO NTS NEWS
Item 1: How to subscribe when you first visit our website and after you’ve explored it
When you first stumble across our website, a screen like the following will appear:
It’s super easy to subscribe - just enter your email, press the blue ‘subscribe’ button and you’ll be taken to the next page, which will give a selection of plans (annual, monthly, founding member and free) - you’ll be free to choose your subscription. If you select a subscription that requires payment, you’ll be able to choose which card you want to use - if you’d rather use cash, just go for the free subscription for the time being.
Sometimes, you’ll want to subscribe after you press the “maybe later” button - it is equally easy to do it, however. On the right hand corner of the screen, you’ll see a selection of buttons. Click the “subscribe” button to become part of the exclusive NTS community. The image below displays this:
Once you press the bright blue button, you’ll be taken to this page:
At this stage, all you have to do is enter your email, choose a plan and you’ll be ready to immerse yourself in our vast selection of content.
REFERRALS
Item 1: How do I refer friends, and what benefits can I earn by doing that? Is there a referral section?
Some premium subscription offers a range of glorious benefits, but of course payment is required. However, there is one way through the system - referrals. NTS NEWS has a tiered reward system, giving you complimentary premium access for different amounts of time - they’re determined by which tier you reach. If you advance to the highest point of our system, you may even be eligible for things like gift cards.

Our website gives direct links to Facebook and Twitter, along with a special link so that you get credit when a referred friend subscribed. Three referrals could earn you a month free, five could give you three months, and 25 could give you half a year plus an Amazon gift card.
To access the page we’ve just displayed, on the websites main menu press the circled button in the image below.
From there, our website will guide you on how to get credit for referred friends and how to claim benefits.
SHARING, UPLOADING & RESELLING NTS NEWS CONTENT
Item 1: Sharing NTS NEWS content
As a subscriber, you’re free to share articles with others, in-person or with a link to our website. Copy-and-pasting is strictly prohibited, due to the fact our statistics will be affected and we will not get a clear view on which articles are the most popular/least popular - instead, just send a link to the article, and your reciopeinet can access it just as easily. In-person sharing complies with the T&Cs.
Item 2: The resale of NTS NEWS content
THE RESALE OF NTS NEWS CONTENT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. Making revenues in any way from NTS NEWS is not only against our T&Cs, but also violates valid copyright material. Every single article listed on our website is registered with copyright, under the name Mr. Ahrin Jain, so reselling our content in any way without explicit verbal and written approval from us is forbidden.
If a client decides to disregard this rule, NTS NEWS reserves the right to do any of the following actions:
Revoke the violator’s subscription immediately, with the option to purchase another one, with no refund or compensation
Collect any revenues generated through the use of our content
Suspend the violator from NTS NEWS permanently, with no refund or compensation
Block the violator altogether from the NTS NEWS website, with no refund or compensation
Item 3: Uploading content to social media
Explicit verbal and written permission from the NTS NEWS team is required to upload any of our content, branding material or article pictures onto social media and calling/texting platforms.
If a client decides to disregard this rule, NTS NEWS reserves the right to do any of the following actions:
Temporarily suspend the violator’s subscription immediately
Collect any revenues gained from advertising/any other method through our content
[if the violator is a paid subscriber] Reduce the amount of the subscription by (up to) 3 months
DATA COLLECTED BY US
Item 1: Data we automatically collect
At NTS NEWS, we’re against the idea of constantly monitoring a subscriber’s activity on a company’s email/website, so we try to limit the amount of data we collect and be completely transparent about it. Data we collect is simple, and is listed below:
your first and last name;
your email address;
your phone number;
your payment details (including billing address, credit card brand used, where you make a purchase from us);
your location and/or mailing address;
your photograph (if uploaded);
your marketing preferences, including any consents you have given us;
information related to the browser or device you use to access our website (including your IP address);
any information we collect online from you and maintain in association with your account, such as your username and password;
your subscription status with our newsletter;
public information about the social media accounts you associate with your account;
your direct message contents and metadata;
any other information you provide us when communicating with us.
Item 2: How we use this data
The data we collect is purely to make NTS NEWS a better newsletter for you. We never share the information we collect with anybody outside of the company, and keep it securely locked in a digital unit of storage. In the unlikely event our statistics were hacked, not much would be revealed, due to our discreet display methods (e.g the stars).
Item 3: Data you may voluntarily give
If the need arises, we will ask you to voluntarily provide additional information, for example:
Your opinion of our products and services;
Your preferences, (like newsletters or bonus content);
Information such as your dietary preferences and accessibility requirements if you would like more personalized Dining Divulgence content;
Information about your role, area of study, and areas of interest to help us optimize your NTS NEWS experience.
OUR RIGHTS
Item 1: Revoking rights after a harmful comment
NTS NEWS subscribers have the luxury of commenting, voting and interacting with both our team and other subscribers through our forums, threads, emails and polls. These features are for recreational purposes, and comments that discriminate, offend or verbally abuse anybody in the NTS NEWS community will be immediately removed.
If this is the case, NTS NEWS reserves the right to revoke commenting rights of s subscriber, temporarily suspend them or permanently revoke their subscription, if incidents occur multiple times.
If you feel your subscription/chatting and voting rights have been revoked unfairly, the NTS NEWS Customer Services team would be happy to help.
Item 2: Copyrighted material
At the bottom of every article, and our homepage, sitemap, mini-newsletter pages and forums, we clearly state that every piece of content is under copyright protection, owned by Mr. Ahrin Jain. NTS NEWS therefore may delete, edit and create rules regarding how subscribers may use the copyrighted content. BY subscribing, we aren’t handing over the full rights of all of our articles; we’re merely giving you a chance to read and occasionally share it.
If NTS NEWS finds even the slightest trace of copyright infringement taking place, we reserve the rights to do any of the following:
Permanently revoke the violator’s subscription immediately, with no refund or compensation
Permanently block the violator from NTS NEWS, with no refund or compensation
Item 3: Teasers’ accuracy
One of the services on the NTS NEWS website, Teasers, gives sneak peeks into future articles, scheduled for certain dates. Due to the ever-changing nature of humans, extremely rarely NTS NEWS finds that either the information in an article was incorrect OR a development happened in the field that destroys the point of the article. On this occasion, the Teasers page may be inaccurate and claim a certain article will be published when its was actually scrapped.
NTS NEWS does it’s best to update this page as frequently as possible, but sometimes subscribers will see the page before edits are made. NTS NEWS reserves the right to not be held responsible for the inaccuracy of the Teaser page, and for this reason any form of compensation will not be offered if the Teaser page happens to be inaccurate.
GIVING CREDIT
Item 1: Research sources
NTS NEWs goes through extensive research for every single article, in books, websites, mouth-to-mouth information and other various sources. We think it’s extremely important to list every single contributor to our research, so at the bottom of every article we include all of our research sources, even if they only helped us confirm facts. This is like in the Fountain of Youth: More Than A Myth? article, as listed below:
Item 2: Image sources
Sometimes, in the times NTS doesn’t design something on our graphic designer program, we utilise images from various sources, but ALWAYS list them at the bottom of our articles - right next to the research sources.
Item 3: Sponsors & Donors
Anybody who sponsors has donated will get their name displayed on a wall of fame, plus our eternal gratitude.
Item 4: The Inspirations
When somebody suggests an article idea we believe could be a gem, we go for it, do the research, and write and publish it. These legendary inspirers will get credit at the bottom of the article they inspired (e.g a Thank you, [name of the inspirer], for inspiring this article).
GOVERNING LAW
Item 1: The governing law
The governing law that NTS NEWS as a company follows is that of the UK’s. If a subscriber commits a criminal offence, either related to NTS NEWS or not, we will immediately revoke their subscription and ban them from NTS NEWS permanently.
EXTERNAL PRODUCTS
Item 1: What’re NTS NEWS’ external products?
NTS NEWS’s main service is to provide engaging, fun, quirky, informative and intriguing news articles. However, a selection of our finest writers have also shared their side hustles with us, and since 2017 we’ve managed to introduce the following:
Digital music (click here to buy some)
A *free* QR code service
Premium advertising
Dogs Daily, a separate physical newspaper outlining the joys of having a furry friend
A lemonade price list (including snacks, drinks, push-pops and candy) to accompany the article Lemonade Laws

Item 2: Our rights regarding external merchandise
NTS NEWS reserves the right to do any of the following actions immediately, with no advance warning or any form of compensation:
We may delete or temporarily remove any service(s)
We may alter the price of an item, even during a period of time where a client is negotiating a price for the service
Deliver the item (digital or physical) for up to 5 days late with no compensation p- this would only happen if technical errors arise)
Change a digital product (e.g extend a piece of music) with no guaranteed notice to the client
Change or extend these rights (the extensions wouldn’t apply to any items already bought, and potentially exempt products under offer)
CUSTOMER PROFILE
Item 1: Customer profiles, explained
A customer profile allows NTS NEWS clients to view their profile on NTS NEWS, plus access other pieces of information. You can access it on our homepage, as displayed in the image below:
It’s a very helpful tool in all NTS NEWS-related matters.
Item 2: Customer profile troubleshooting
When stumbling upon this valuable section, unfortunately the profile can sometimes bee very temperamental. Accessing your profile will require email confirmation for security reasons, and sometimes the email doens’t come for a few minutes. The best thing to do in this instance is to simply wait for the email to come, and eventually you’ll be on the profile.
Item 3: ZERO compensation for this section
Should the above situation take place, NTS NEWS offers zero compensation for the failure of this feature, as it was simply designed for extra convenience, not something that subscribers pay for.
COMMENTING ON NTS NEWS
Item 1: Zero offensive or threatening language towards our team and other users
NTS NEWS encourages comments on posts - we think it&s an excellent idea to promote the sharing of ideas and opinions on our platform. However, we strictly prohibit the following on any thread, group chat, forum, voting discussion or party:
Discrimination against race, gender, nationality, physical condition, disabilities or any other attribute of an NTS NEWS user
Threats to other users of chats, threads, forums and parties (including admin members)
Verbal abuse through NTS NEWS
Direct or indirect forms of harassment
If you feel that another user could even possibly be trying to offend you or another subscriber in any way, please either contact ntsnews@substack.com OR simply report the message. We moderate any reported comments or incidents on a weekly basis, so you may have to wait a few days before you get a response.
Item 2: Unrelated content restrictions
NTS NEWS kindly asks that you also refrain from doing the following on our chats, forums, polls, emails and other conversational areas:
“Spam” or “Junk” messages that are generally deemed inappropriate, nonsensical or unnecessary
A comment that promotes a product, company or person, or any other form of marketing
Private and confidential information that details other people’s trade secrets or personal information
Rude or “curse” words that could offend or unintentionally expose younger users to inappropriate language
Item 3: Keep it a neat chat
NTS NEWS also requires that you keep our chatting areas neat and clean - this means we discourage the excessive use of unnecessary capital letters, bold and italic writing and use normal spacing methods.
Item 4: Refrain from calling other commenters names
Please refrain from calling other commenters names, including administrators from our team. This includes calling people things like an internet troll, a personal nickname that the recipient or others consider offensive or using an inappropriate phrase or term.
Item 5: The commenting space
Our commenting space(s) included throughout our website are designed for multiple users to share opinions and give insightful feedback or comments. Please do not type an excessively long comment that could be easily condensed, and never send comments in two parts, as this could result in the removal of the two comments.
Item 6: Repeating yourself or another subscriber in any way
Please do not do the following that could repeat your idea multiple times:
Copy and pasting a comment, especially an unfounded or troll-like comment, on multiple threads
Repeating or paraphrasing another subscriber’s word(s), idea(s) or critique, on the same chat or thread - instead, just say something like ‘I agree,’ or build on their opinion.
Item 7: Reporting offensive or abusive comments
If you find that another user has clearly violated Item 1 and 2 of the “Commenting” section, please wait a minimum of three days, as it’s likely that our moderation team will resolve the matter. If the comment(s) are still present, please click the three dots on the comment and press the “Report” button, where we will be immediately notified and will subsequently delete the comment, if deemed appropriate.
Item 8: Language
For the understandability and simplicity of NTS NEWS, we kindly ask all comments you post are in standard English. If a specific forum clearly invites users to share a comment in a different dialect, you are welcome to do so - otherwise, please do notes that comment will be deemed inappropriate for that chat.
SCHEDULE
Whilst NTS NEWS writers are always working to keep the plentiful stream of articles flowing, we make no guarantee on a specific schedule. Usually, during work days, an article will take approximately one week to be released, but unfortunately - due to the unpredictability of life - this deadline is sometimes exceeded.
If NTS NEWS feels that the schedule is being delayed too many times, we will work to revise the planned dates, and during this time we will pause billing. This essentially means that the paused days will not be counted for paid subscribers - when we have regrouped, we will instantly resume billing.
Other than the stoppage of articles, NTS NEWS will not provide compensation for minor infractions of the schedule. However, if a major incident takes place, we may be able to award complimentary month(s) of our service, or possibly provide cash. Compensation, if applicable, will be given on NTS NEWS’s own accord, and we kindly ask subscribers not to try and influence our decision.
FOUNDING MEMBERS
Item 1: Founding Member Wall of Fame
All founding members are granted a position on our prestigious NTS NEWS Wall of Fame, and will remain on it for as long as NTS NEWS is up and running, even if we switch websites. The suspension or blockage of a founding member will not affect their position on the board. Since the position cannot be abused in any way, there is no reason for us to delete a member from the Wall in any circumstance.
Item 2: Founding Member Notices - Exclusion from NTS NEWS = Zero Compensation
Founding member notices, whilst displayed in a way that suggests it is part of the ultimate newsletter, is purely for information rather than entertainment purposes and we therefore exclude the notices from NTS NEWS. We are not responsible for continuously publishing notices for founding members, unlike NTS NEWS articles, and therefore cannot offer any form of compensation in this field.
Item 3: Founding Member Notices - Subscriber Spotlight
Sometimes, when a subscriber (particularly a founding member) achieves a large milestone that is relevant to our newsletter, we will congratulate them with a notice dedicated to the event. At least three days beforehand, we will request permission to use the subscriber’s name and/or photo - if we are declined or do not receive a verified response, we will cancel the planned notice.

Item 4: Zero Influence From Members
To optimize the NTS NEWS experience for all users, and maintain the safe environment of the community, we do not accept advice or influential comments from any subscribers, including founding members. Even though we offer services like Personal Contact for founding members (see notice board for details), we would like to assure readers that for the security and protection of the platform, the integrity of NTS NEWS is decided purely by our experienced team.
Item 5: Kind request for no complaints
Finally, we’d like to assure subscribers that NTS NEWS is fully capable of managing the benefits of founding members and balancing that with the optimal experience for other subscribers, so we kindly ask that you retain any complaints. Our system is designed specifically to ensure every user has an incredible experience, and due to this fact we are unable to change or modify it.
POST LOCKING + UNLOCKING
Please note: this section is irrelevant for paid subscribers. We recommend that premium members skip this part or immerse themselves in one of our articles.
Item 1: Schedule constantly changing
Posts, as you know, are either locked, unlocked or paywalled. Locked posts are fully reserved for premium users, unlocked are visible to everyone and paywalled posts are half visible for everyone and half reserved for paid members.
Our scheduled for how we keep things locked, unlocked or paywalled constantly shifts, and therefore we cannot guarantee a specific order. Usually, locked posts remain restricted, but we sometimes change it around if we feel it benefits the NTS NEWS community.
Therefore, we cannot offer any form of compensation for this matter. Complaints around the subject will receive a response that kindly illustrates the above points and will conclude that unfortunately NTS NEWS cannot alter the system. We assure you that paid subscribers still get many rewards and perks, despite the fact free subscribers may - from time to time - gain a few unexpected benefits.
NTS NEWS - THE “BONUS” SECTION
NTS NEWS’s “Bonus” section offers bonus content and information related to existing articles, displayed in an article-like format, but is strictly unrelated to the actual newsletter. Therefore, NTS NEWS is not responsible for continuously updating the page and it’s contents and cannot offer any form of compensation around the topic, no matter what the situation,
This technically means you can expect to have a steady stream of articles alongside bonus content, but what we’re saying that there is a chance we will temporarily halt bonus content operations.
TEASER POSTS
Please note: this section is irrelevant for paid subscribers. If you are one, please skip this section and continue reading or indulge in one of our articles.
Item 1: Explaining teaser posts
As part as our campaign to switch free subscribers into premium members, internally called the Golden Conversion program, we grant all free subscribers one teaser pass, which grants access to read past one paywall or an entire paid post. This is purely to entice subscribers and we unfortunately cannot offer any more teaser passes.
Item 2: Fake accounts
Fake accounts with alternate emails to gain free teaser passes are strictly prohibited, and any suspected shell accounts will be terminated immediately, along with the source of it. Fake accounts disrupt our business and for this reason we kindly request that you avoid doing this.
Item 3: Our reserved rights regarding teaser posts
Teaser posts are an official NTS NEWS campaign aiming to promote our paid subscription. This marketing series may be cancelled at any time by us, with no prior warning or notice in any form, and therefore we cannot guarantee every free subscriber a teaser pass. We recommend you redeem your teaser pass (if applicable) quickly, as this deal may not last more than a few more weeks.
ZERO LINK OR PRODUCT GUARANTEE
In some of our articles, like Book Club, we advertise a certain product, brand or person’s work as part of the article. NTS NEWS in no way suggests to search for that specific product, and therefore offers no form of compensation if malware or another negative consequence occurs as a result of you purchasing or looking for a product.
OTP (ONE TIME PASSWORDS)
One time passwords, otherwise known as OTPs, are sometimes automatically sent by NTS NEWS, but remains an encrypted piece of information hidden from all eyes except yours. NTS staff will never, in any circumstance, request a current or previous OTP, meaning you should never share this information. If you do, this could negatively affect both you and NTS NEWS, which could result in a fine up to £50. OTPs are always sent by email, never text. OTPs should only be given when our site, ntsnews.substack.com, specifically asks for one.
PUZZLES
Our puzzles section is a premium feature of NTS NEWS, and for that reason you can expect updates continuously to take place. However, we may halt puzzle production if not enough subscribers show indication of the use of our puzzles. At the moment the following are momentarily paused: [not applicable]. If you are a premium member that would enjoy more puzzles, please contact NTS NEWS.
We also currently have a new, invitation-only “Weekly Puzzle,” which features premium puzzles and a small thread, giving it an air of elegancy and depth to NTS NEWS. At the moment, the only invites are Founding Members, but we may soon extend the invitation towards other individuals. We reserve the right to revoke an existing invitation at our discretion for any reason in any circumstance, for security reasons.
TERMINOLOGY
Item 1 : “Our site, NTS & NTS NEWS”
If NTS NEWS uses the term(s) ‘NTS, NTS NEWS’ or ‘Our site,’ we refer solely to the website you are currently looking through and not any external enterprise, service or website. NTS NEWS Content is designed to be engaging, informative and interesting, and is geared towards an audience ranging from children to older adults. Whilst we feel this is represented in everything on our website, any content you feel is offensive, inappropriate or malicious cannot be compensated by us for this reason.
REGISTERING ONTO OUR PLATFORM
Item 1: Agreements you make
By registering on the NTS NEWS Site, you agree that:
i. your account and password are personal to you and may not be used by anyone else to access the NTS NEWS Site;
ii. you will not do anything which would assist anyone who is not a registered user to gain access to any registration area of the NTS NEWS Site
iii. you will not create registration accounts for the purpose of abusing the functionality of the NTS NEWS Site, or other users; nor will you seek to pass yourself off as another user.
You also agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or account identifiers by others.
OPTING OUT OF NTS NEWS
Item 1: How to terminate your account
If you no longer wish to have a registered account with us, please click your profile icon, and scroll to the bottom of the menu. From there, you can terminate your account with us.
Item 2: Paid notice
If you are a paid subscriber and choose to opt-out, your account and linked subscription(s) will be deleted permanently and we will - if you rejoin us - be unable to restore any leftover subscription time for various reasons. We apologize if we have caused any inconvenience, but for security concerns we kindly request you refrain from complaining about this term. Thank you.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, ROBOTS, WEB SPIDERS & OTHER DIGITAL VIRUSES/PROGRAMS
Other than as expressly set out in these terms and conditions, or otherwise approved in writing by the current CEO of NTS NEWS as well as the CFO, you shall also not use, or facilitate, authorize or permit the use of, any (i) “robot”, “bot”, “spider”, “scraper”, “crawler” or (ii) other automated device, program, technique, tool, process, algorithm or method (whether for data gathering, mining, collection, reading, scraping, extraction or other purposes), in each case, on or in relation to the NTS NEWS Site and/or the NTS NEWS Content.
You shall not use any service, software, device, tool, method, program, technique, algorithm or process to circumvent any restriction, condition, protection or technological measure that controls access to NTS NEWS Content in any way, including bypassing or circumventing any access controls or use limits of the NTS NEWS Content.
Except as expressly authorized by NTS NEWS, you are forbidden to create a database in digital or physical form comprising all or part of the material appearing on the NTS NEWS Site.

SUBSCRIPTION CHANGES
If you are currently a premium member planning to allow your subscription to renew (as opposed to cancelling), NTS NEWS guarantees a minimum of a 14-day notice before renewal if we increase or decrease prices. If our message is lost, deleted, marked as junk mail or missed by the recipient, NTS NEWS is not responsible for repaying compensation or cancelling a transaction.
EXTERNAL FEES STILL APPLY
In addition to the subscription fees (if applicable) you are responsible for paying for any:
broadband, mobile, data, messaging or other internet connection and telecommunications charges that you may receive by accessing NTS NEWS Content;
charges that may be required by your bank or credit card issuer (for example foreign transaction fees on transactions which take place abroad or in a foreign currency).
NTS NEWS cannot offer any form of compensation in the event you fail to meet external payment obligations, nor can we assist you in this field.
ENCRYPTED INFORMATION MOT GUARANTEED
We will do all that we reasonably can to ensure that all of the information you give us when paying is secure by using an encrypted, secure payment mechanism. However, in the absence of negligence on our part, any failure by us to comply with this contract or our Privacy Policy or breach by us of our duties under applicable laws, we will not be responsible to you for any punishment that you may suffer if a third party or other individual or group gains unauthorized access to any information that you give us.
GENERAL USE ONLY
NTS NEWS Content is designed solely to provide readers with interesting content. Whilst our research is thorough and meticulously conducted, we cannot guarantee that our information is up-to-date, and therefore this newspaper shouldn’t be used for:

“REMEMBER ME” LOGIN FEATURE
Due to a potential security breach, NTS NEWS recommends you do not use our “remember me” login feature. If your information is accidentally released or intentionally stolen as a result of this choice, NTS NEWS cannot claim responsibility or pursue the thief. In this scenario, please contact us immediately so we can lock other security features to defend against criminals and then reach out to the police if you feel you are under a major threat.
PERSONAL INJURY
If you experience a personal injury that is somehow linked to our website or its contents, NTS NEWS is not responsible for reimbursing you, unless law intervenes with the situation. If repayment is legally required, NTS NEWS offers no more than the amount you paid for your subscription (if applicable), and will not compensate you for the following:
A loss that was unforeseeable at the time you purchased a subscription;
A loss that was linked to NTS NEWS but was breached by a third party entity or any other user;
Any business loss that you believe was the result of our content;
The loss of any savings, goodwill, profit or any other form of income due to your subscription or any action you performed whilst on our platform;
Malware infection, computer viruses, bugs, robot spiders and other digital algorithms that you believe accidentally stemmed from our site or it’s contents.

The website is designed to be used on a laptop, monitor or a tablet for the best experience, but we’ve made an adjusted version for smartphones. Smartwatches are not recommended and not supported by us.
