A HELPFUL POCKET-SIZED TOOL OR A LIFETIME OF ENDLESS TRICKERY?
iPhones have, since their first introduction, grown to be extremely popular across the globe. Over the years, the iPhone has drastically evolved and for millions of people become a core component of their lifestyle. The iPhone is Apple’s most successful invention, and also it’s main source of revenue: many people, starting at the young age of 11, have adopted a new way of living life, which centers around technology. However, deep in the shadows, Apple rests, and some experts have questioned and criticized Apple for ‘tricking’ people into their ‘menacing scheme...’
Allegedly, technology experts have accused Apple of abusing frequent customers: many people are so fixated on Apple products that they’ll never cease their loyalty. Experts have claimed the technology giant has abused, misled and manipulated their customers.
According to these cognoscenti, the Apple iPhone ‘expires’ and stops functioning ‘to it’s full potential’ once a new model is released. A common pattern spotted is that when a new iPhone comes out, all iPhones have an available update. Most users will download this update, and sometimes, the update is too powerful for the device. Newer iPhone models will not be affected, but with older models, they can’t properly support this new software, and will slowly start to malfunction. Many people rely on iPhones heavily throughout life, and this means they’ll probably buy a new phone.
However, defenders have argued against the experts’ oppression: that could be a lie and just a scam to frame Apple - in reality, it could just be models wear out after a few good years of usage, and Apple does not interfere at all. There is no evidence suggesting Apple has been scheming against customers, using smart, tactical ways: on the contrary, there’s lots of evidence supporting that Apple has nothing to do with it. For instance, lots of humans rely on iPhones every day of their life: even with regular charging, after heavy usage of the device, it will eventually wear out. In addition, even if Apple was doing the alleged ‘scheming,’ many iPhone buyers have reported to NTS NEWS that their devices lasted for several years before wearing out.
If you were to be impartial about this debate, and choose a side based on logic, it’s highly likely that Apple is not scheming to trick people, and these ‘experts’ and ‘cognoscenti’ are making false accusations. Technically, there’s no actual evidence to prove such a subterfuge: all of the offensive side’s claims are alleged.
